Jacob's PreK 3 Performance

Jacob's school did a precious performance a couple of weeks ago.  Each class sang a patriotic song and a Christian song.  Jacob told me all day long that he did not want to go sing at school, and most certainly did not want us to come watch him.  I told him that there are times when we have to do things even when we don't want to do them, and this was one of those times...

We arrived at the school and I reluctantly dropped him off with his teacher.  I honestly did not know what he was going to do.  Well, sometime between when I dropped him off and when they walked into the auditorium, a star was born!  Jacob loved, loved, loved being on stage and singing.  As soon as they paraded in, he was waving to anyone that would wave back.  Of course, we had a huge cheering section (complete with our darling missionary from Holland-he got quite a taste of American folk music that evening)!  Jacob was honestly so cute the whole time.  Even when other classes were on stage, he was performing their songs, too!  Precious.
